Due to internal projects my client is recruiting an experienced Interim Senior HR Business Partner. Remote base, very occasional travel. FTC till December 2022. £63-65k.

Working as part of the People Team, as Interim Senior Business Partner you will be partnering across a number of sites, working closely with the MD, and Senior Management Teams to support from a people perspective around change, restructuring, leadership development and complex employee relations.

As an experienced Senior HR Business Partner you will have previously supported multiple sites and multiple Senior stakeholders. With a strong generalist background you will have led around the areas as detailed above. You will be immediately available or available at short notice.
