As Interim Senior HR and OD Business Partner, you will partner with Senior Stakeholders across Corporate Functions, and work closely with the HR BP Team. Based from Shrewsbury, with travel to other sites. Salary £60-62k + Excellent Benefits. 12 Month FTC.
As Interim Senior HR and OD Business Partner, you will help lead the People agenda, during a time of massive change and transformation. Partnering Senior Stakeholders you will drive cultural change, change management, restructures, engagement and development. You will also lead on Workforce Planning, OD and Leadership, working closely with the Unions.
CIPD Level 7, or equivalent as a minimum, you will have experience of working within large, complex, unionised environments. You will have partnered with Executive level stakeholders, and have led on both HR and OD initiatives.
PLEASE NOTE THE ROLE IS NOT REMOTE BASED. THE ROLE IS ON SITE IN SHREWSBURY.
