Are you an immediately available Pay & Reward Professional?
If so, I have an opportunity for someone to join an SME in the Worcester area for a short period of time to assist them with a large pay and reward project, with a focus on developing their bonus strategy.
Working closely with key stakeholders in the business, you will be responsible for reviewing and developing the current reward, pay and bonus strategy, external benchmarking and competitor analysis and ensure that pay and bonuses are fair and consistent across the business.
This is a short-term assignment for a period of up to 2 months where a proactive approach is needed with proven experience around Pay & Reward.
