Interim Reward Project Lead - Up to £90,000- 12 month FTC

I am looking to speak to immediately available Reward Professionals to work on an 12 month FTC to support a business through a time of change and transformation.

As the Interim Project Reward consultant you will lead and support the development and implementation of the end to end reward across the business.

Working strategically with key stakeholders across the business, and Trade Union representatives, you will bring creative and innovative ways of working across pay, benefits and recognition.

You will be adept at building strong stakeholder relations, and working with some challenging individuals to ensure the successful landing of the new reward strategy.

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience of developing and implementing innovative end to end reward strategies within a large commercial organisation
  • Experience of designing and reporting against HR metrics; driving a strong ROI
  • Ability to deliver in a complex challenging environment, including experience of TU negotiations and resolving conflict

This role will be based in Warwickshire with hybrid and flexible working.
