Job Title: Interim Resourcing Manager

Location: Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid)

Salary: up to £65,000 plus benefits

Contract: 12-15 months

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working with a global professional services organisation to find an Interim Resourcing Manager to support on a minimum 12 month contract.

Some key responsibilities include:

- managing recruitment at director level

- managing external agency and third party relationships

- managing supporting a team of 6 resourcing advisors

- design and innovate sourcing strategies

- leading on project work for the resourcing team

- developing in-sight on market trends

Ideally, you will have:

- experience of recruiting at senior level

- knowledge and understanding of the professional services market

- experience of managing a team

- effective coaching and mentoring skills

- stakeholder management experience
