Reporting into the Head of HR, as Interim Resourcing Manager you will lead a small team to support the business across volume operational roles, and a small number of more Head Office based roles. You will be joining the organisation at a time of expansion and growth, and the need to optimise recruitment systems and processes to ensure a speedy and efficient turnaround for candidates is key. The role has multi-site remit, so building relations with different stakeholders with different needs is key to the success of the role.

As an experienced Interim Resourcing Manager you will have set up a Resourcing/ Talent Acquisition function previously. You will enjoy the opportunity to shape and develop the Resourcing Team and processes.
