GRG Executive Search have been appointed by a large, listed global business to find an experienced Interim Project Manager for an initial period of 6 months. The business is going through significant change and is in the process of carving out a sizable part of the UK business to create a standalone legal entity.
As the Interim Programme Manager you will be required to scope out the initial requirements, set up the project governance and resource planning to allow them to progress to the initial stages of the project. This will require a drag and drop of the full management structure, reporting and systems on a multi discipline basis (Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, payroll, Supply Chain etc.).
The role requires a Project Manager who has delivered similar projects in a complex change environment with a strong focus and understanding of operations and sales. You will need to be extremely hands on, as comfortable at the exec level communicating the big picture vision as down in the detail using very basic project disciplines.
