Interim Project Manager - Circa £500 per day Inside IR35 - Midlands
I have an immediate requirement for an Interim Project Manager to join a division of a large, listed business for an initial period of 6 months. The business is going through significant change and is in the process of separating out part of the business to create a standalone legal entity.
Initially, they require an Interim Project Manager to scope out the initial requirements, set up the project governance and resource planning to allow them to progress to the initial stages of the project. The full management structure is in place and the first phase of the project is likely to entail separating out reporting from their existing ERP, before aligning with wider systems changes across the group and the ultimate creation and transfer to the new legal entity. This will cover Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, payroll, Supply Chain etc...
I am ideally looking for an Interim Project Manager with a heavy slant towards Finance or HR who has delivered a similar project in a complex change environment. You will need to be extremely hands-on, as comfortable at the exec level communicating the big picture vision as down in the detail using very basic project disciplines.
