My client a leading marketing business based in Solihull are looking for an Interim Pricing Analyst to join them on a 6 month contract. As the Interim Pricing Analyst you will be responsible for the reporting and presentation of information related to pricing projects for objective and timely decision making.

The Role

• Extraction of information from the different transactional systems
• Preparation of information to be analysed using different tools such as Microsoft Excel
• Use of different techniques to extract the most relevant indicators from the data
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative basic financial analysis of information and draw relevant conclusions for the business
• Review problems /repeat issues for the data elements, building & maintaining mapping tables as identified
• Provide profitability and margin analysis across multiple attributes: customer, product, geography, etc.
• Use of different techniques to extract the most relevant indicators from the data
• Support the organisation in regular pricing reviews and price increase analyses

Education & Experience:

• At least 2 years in similar positions and activities
• Advanced level in the use of Microsoft Power Point and Excel
