Interim M&A Consultant - Disposal , £100/£120,000 + Completion Bonus, 9-12 Months, remote working.

I have an immediate requirement for a candidate to join a multi-billion turnover organization to accelerate the disposal of two businesses units from their group. Each business to be disposed of are of circa £50MN turnover. Both businesses have experienced FD's in situ but they do not have the capacity to bring the required focus to the pre-sale preparation work.

You will be required to look at the historic financials and use these to create a business plan including projections and key drivers for each business sale. As you progress through the deal cycle you will be responsible for the VDD and be on point to respond to potential purchaser queries and respond with reformatted financial data to meet their request requirements.

You will work closely with the incumbent FD's to do the lifting work around the balance sheet and P&L as well as to access and re-frame relevant data to suit the interested buyer's needs.

This will suit a candidate with a Transaction Services or Corporate Development background with sell-side experience who is immediately available for work.

Remuneration will be between £100-£120,000 on a fixed-term contract basis which will be pro-rata dependent on ultimate contract length (9-12 months). There is also the potential of a completion bonus dependent on the seniority of the potential candidate.
