An opportunity to work for a Values-Driven organisation, in a newly created role as Interim Learning and Development Manager, £48-50K has arisen. The role will be a mix of site based, near Hinckley and home-based. 9-12 Month FTC.
Reporting into the Head of HR, as Learning and Development Manager you will design and implement the People development strategy aligned to the values of the business. This will include designing a development framework, succession planning and talent programmes, and encourage a culture of coaching and development. You will oversee the facilitation of mandatory training, and lead the apprenticeship and graduate schemes.
