Are you coming to the end of your current contract or immediately available for a 6 month Interim Learning and Development Manager role?

Up to £55k + benefits.

6 Month Contract .

Hybrid Working - 2 days per week on site in Birmingham.

Reporting into the Head of Learning and Development you will be working alongside another L&D Manager to deliver L&D projects across this Professional Services organisation. This role will have particular emphasis around supporting all elements for their apprenticeship programme, liaising with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, fully utilising the apprenticeship levy.

You will also manage L&D project's including embedding of Values, performance management etc.

As an experienced Interim L&D Manager you will have experience of delivering L&D projects and have led around apprenticeship strategy.
