I am currently recruiting for an Interim L&D Manager for a rapidly growing business based in Northampton. You will be covering a 6 month contract and managing a team of around 11 coaches to design, implement and analyse a training program for new recruits.
Ideally, you will have experience in the end-to-end processes of learning & development, as well as experience of developing and implementing strategies to modernise and make more efficient.
You will have flexibility to work from home twice a week.
