An opportunity for an immediately available Interim L&D Manager has arisen. This role will be between 3-6 months, and can be on a day rate or a fixed term contract basis.
Based from Milton Keynes, there will be travel to other sites on a regular basis, around the Midlands and North region.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will take the existing L&D strategy and continue to embed the organisations values and competencies.
You will continue to lead on various programmes including -
- Team Leader Development programme
- Review of the usage of the Apprenticeship Levy
- Developing Capability Framework
- The launch and embedding of the Appraisal programme
- Sales Training
As an experienced Interim L&D Manager, you will enjoy the full cycle through to delivery, with experience of delivering from Senior Manager level to shop-floor. You will have a track record of not only implementing but also successfully embedding new L&D initiatives into the organisation.
