I am looking to recruit an experienced L & D Specialist for a 6 month FTC.
Working for a large, multi-site hospitality client with a head office in the West Midlands, you will join this client to review and consult on their current L & D offering, doing a full evaluation and training needs analysis.
In a multi-site role you will assess all the L & D initiatives and work closely with senior stakeholders on management and leadership development programmes, online learning and make recommendations to enable succession plans and plan for the future.
With a strong, consultative L & D background you will confident studying a business on the L & D side, identifying key learning needs, how to improve current processes and putting together a strategy and plan moving forward.
You will have experience of embedding a performance management culture, a good understanding of succession and talent mapping and employee engagement and have strong project management experience.
My client is looking for someone that is immediately available that has worked in large multi-site businesses, ideally the hospitality, retail or leisure sector.
