A flexible opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim L&D Advisor for a 12 month FTC. Both part-time and full-time options are considered. The role is currently on site one day per week, but once restrictions lift this rises to 2-3 days on site based in Birmingham.
Working as part of a Project team and alongside the HR team, as Interim L&D consultant you will be instrumental in translating organisation behaviours into e-learning content, and then ensure that these are embedded across the business. From this you will develop pathways within the e-learning platform. You will also develop Train the Trainers programmes.
Degree qualified, or equivalent, you will be an experienced L&D Consultant, who can work closely with key stakeholders through the Project, and can develop the e-learning content, whilst ensuring the behaviours are properly embedded across the organisation.
