Are you an experienced Interim HR & Payroll Shared Services Manager looking for an opportunity to join an organisation at a time of change? Salary £55-59k, based City Centre Birmingham.
Reporting into the HR Director, as HR & Payroll Shared Services Manager you will lead the HR Admin and Payroll teams through a time of restructure, implementation of a new HRIS and a full-scale review of processes across the organisation.
As an experienced Interim HR & Payroll Shared Services Manager you will be able to demonstrate a track record of leading teams, have developed strong stakeholder management relations as well as developing strong HR and Payroll processes.
