Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a client in Birmingham who are looking for a highly commercial and engaging HR Manager for 12 months.
In a true generalist role you will work as part of a small team where you will have a key focus on the following: ER Casework, employee engagement, people/change agenda, organisational design, training and development, up-skilling and mentoring management, performance reviews and policy management.
You will be used to working within a professional or financial services environment where you are able to build key stakeholder relationships and challenge and influence in a credible way across all levels in the business.
To be considered for this role then you must have:
- Full generalist HR background with proven experience of all of the above gained ideally in financial or professional services
- Experience around complex ER casework
- Experience around updating all HR policies and procedures
- Full CIPD Qualification
