Are you an immediately available HR Manager based in Birmingham?

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with an operational business based in North Birmingham to find an HR Manager to join their team on an interim basis for 6 months. Offering a salary of up to 50k and 5 days a week required on site.

As HR Manager you will be supporting with both operational and strategic HR tasks such as: managing an ER caseload; managing the full recruitment and on-boarding process; implementing people initiatives e.g. engagement and well-being; improving and developing policies; supporting with ad-hoc HR project work.

You will also have an HR Assistant reporting directly into you, so previous line management experience is desirable.

Ideally you will have worked in an operational environment previously and will have experience working as an HR generalist previously.
