Are you available to start an Interim HR Manager role, Mid-August? A rare opportunity to work a 3-4 day week has arisen to cover a 9-12 month maternity cover contract, working for this growing SME in Bromsgrove.
As the Interim HR Manager, you will be working closely with the Managers across the organisation providing sound advice and guidance across a range of generalist areas. This will include Employee Relations, Performance Management, Restructuring, Talent Development and Reward. As a growing business this will also be around supporting the Recruitment of new employees. You will also continue to develop the policies and processes which are being embedded across the organisation.
Level 7 CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will be an experienced HR Manager, having worked within a growing SME providing full generalist support.
