Are you an experienced Interim HR Change Manager? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a FTSE 250 business with ambitious plans, and some real investment within the HR function.

Based near Coalville. Salary - £55-60k + Car or Car Allowance. Travel to other sites required. Two Year FTC.

As the Interim HR Change Manager, you will work closely with the Senior HR Lead to shape and define the People Change Management Approach, to ensure consistency across all company People projects. This will include developing the HR Change Toolkit, a Mergers and Acquisitions Toolkit, and Development of Management Capability.

You will also lead around key change projects which may include Acquisitions, Harmonisation of T&C's, Restructures and being the person who develops the Communications around these.

As an experienced Interim Change Manager you will have a strong track record of delivering People Change Programmes, you will have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to build strong and credible stakeholder relations.

Travel to other sites will be required.
