An opportunity for an experienced Interim HR Business Partner has arisen, 9-12 months, based in the Telford area. FTC and Day rate considered, £50-60k equivalent. January start.
Working as part of the Senior Management Team, you will support, advise and guide the SMT around a number of key areas. This includes Workforce Planning and Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Organisational Design and Employee Relations.
Chartered CIPD, you will have experience of the above key areas, with a strong HR generalist background. You will have partnered with Senior Leadership Teams, and have the gravitas and capability to support and coach at this level. You will enjoy working in a challenging but rewarding environment.
