2 days on-site Cannock/ Shropshire or travel to National Sites, with 3 days WFH.
Reporting into the Senior HR Business partner you will partner with Site Managers/ Leaders to support strategically around workforce planning, talent mapping and management, succession planning, engagement and bonus/pay review cycle, in this business focused role.
As an experienced Interim HR Business Partner you will be comfortable with working with Senior stakeholders across the key areas as above, within an operational organisation.
