I am currently recruiting for an Interim HR Business Partner for a large organisation, initially on a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract.
You will work with a number of key stakeholder to support on HR initiatives like performance, coaching, talent acquisition, change projects and restructures.
Ideally, you will have experience of working in a Business Partnering role before and you will be able to demonstrate Generalist HR knowledge.
This role is a 39 hours/week job with Hybrid working allowing ~3 days per week from home and 2 days on site in Warwick.
As this organisation is a multi-sited business, you will be expected to travel to sites in the Midlands, on a business needs basis. This will be your diary to manage as required.
As well as being a rapidly growing and changing organisation, it is also a great opportunity to join a team which is collaborative and not hierarchical. There is a potential for this role to be extended too.
