I am looking to engage with interim HR Business Partners for a 15 month FTC to start in September.
Working for a leading Birmingham based organisation, you will provide a professional business partnering service to their corporate functions.
In a full generalist role you will get involved in complex employee relations, talent management, succession planning, remuneration, reward and benefits, HR analysis and management and leadership development.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders such as the CFO and CIO and have responsibly for collating and drafting monthly and quarterly board papers in preparation for the Group HRD.
With previous experience of working as a HR Business Partner, ideally partnering with corporate head office functions, you must be fully CIPD qualified.
You must have the credibility and gravitas to work in a fast paced, demanding organisation, being able build relationships and influence at all levels.
You will be used to data analysis, report writing and presenting at board level.
Ideally you will be from the logistics, transport or retail background.
This is a 15 month FTC to start from September 2019.
