Due to a maternity leave an experienced Interim HR Business Partner is required to join this fantastic brand for a 12 month contract. Hybrid working - 2-3 days on site near Solihull. Salary up to £65k + £5k Car Allowance + Bonus etc.

As Interim HR Business Partner you will partner with a small client group within corporate functions who are based across the UK and Europe. As Interim HR Business Partner this role is really about being fully integrated into your client group, and the focus is around Engagement, Development, Succession Planning etc. There are also annual activities this role would lead on around the annual Engagement Survey, Leadership Development programme etc. You would also have the opportunity to be involved in project work too.

As an Interim HR Business Partner you will be immediately available or available at short notice. You will enjoy working as part of a collaborative, social HR team and you will be ale to show where you have added value around Engagement, Development etc.
