Due to additional workload my client is looking for an experienced Interim HR Business Partner, £45,000 - £50,000, for a 6 month FTC. The role will be hybrid, based between home and Birmingham.
Working closely with the Head of HR team and wider HR team, as Interim the HR Business Partner you will be working with Senior Stakeholders, on specific projects to look at department structures, with potential restructuring or redundancies. Along side of this you will be involved in updating policies and procedures, leading on an employee engagement survey and the day to say HR business partnering.
With a generalist background, you will have built credible relationships with Senior Stakeholders and be comfortable working on HR Project as well as working in an operational HR role.
