Due to a time of change and transformation, my client is seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner for a 6 month period. Based remotely initially, when restrictions lift some travel to Birmingham, and some national travel. Salary up to £50k.
As the HR Business Partner you will partner with a division of the organisation, working with the SMT to review and implement changes around Resourcing and Workforce Planning. You will be working closely with Managers to coach and improve Management capability. You will also resolve complex ER issues. Experience of TUPE would be advantageous.
CIPD Level 7, or equivalent, as an experienced Interim HR Business Partner you will have a strong generalist background, and be able to demonstrate where you have helped drive the HR agenda, and understand where you have added value. You will have worked within the Housing sector previously.
