Available to start immediately or at short notice, an opportunity for a 5 month FTC, Interim HR Business Partner role has arisen for this Birmingham based organisation, up to £45k.
As Interim HR Business Partner you will support change across the business, and manage complex ER cases. You will be able to work autonomously, and have extensive experience around managing HR change and Employee Relations.
You will have complex/high volume ER experience including Tribunals and ACAS, Settlement Agreements) and Change/Restructure programmes.
