Are you an experienced Interim HR Assistant, who is available to start at short notice for a three month temporary contract? £15-16PH.
Working within a busy, small HR team, as Interim HR Assistant you will support the HR Advisors around the full employee life-cycle. You will manage the centralised HR in-box, resolving contractual queries, reference requests etc. You will manage the recruitment requisition process, ensuring the right processes are adhered to. You will issue any employee contract change's, collate new starter documentation, and at times supporting the HR Advisors with writing outcome letters.
As an experienced Interim HR Assistant you will be used to managing volume, being adaptable to the changing work, supporting different individuals, with an excellent eye for detail.
