Job Title: Interim HR & Recruitment Advisor (6 months)

Location: Redditch, Worcestershire

Salary: £33-35k

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working with a dynamic manufacturing organisation to find an Interim HR & Recruitment advisor to join a growing HR function for 6 months.

You will be responsible for:

- Supporting in general HR matters

- Sourcing potential candidates for existing vacancies

- Conducting interviews for candidates at varying levels

- Supporting contract negotiations

- Aiding induction and on-boarding processes

- Liaise with senior managers to understand recruitment needs

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience of working within a generalist HR role

- Experience of recruiting in the manufacturing industry

- Ability to work on site 5 days per week
