Interim HR Advisor

Immediate start

Contract until July 2023

£30,000 (pro-rata)

This is a maternity cover with an award winning business in Birmingham City Centre. This is a hybrid role so ideally you should be able to get to the offices at least 2 times per week.

This is a generalist role where you will be supporting in a "BAU" environment where it can be very busy with multiple tasks requiring attention at any one time. You should have experience of:

- Providing first-line Employee Relations advice

- Providing generalist HR support to employees and line managers

- Working with an HR Business Partner to support on any day-to-day HR matters

- UK employment law and legislation

- Working in an Advisor capacity previously

- Excellent communication skills
