Job Title: Interim HR Advisor (FTC)
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus company benefits
Contract Length: 9 - 12 months (maternity cover)
Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently looking to recruit an Interim HR Advisor to support on a FTC Maternity cover.
After completing a handover, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with senior managers and providing advice and guidance on employment law
- Working with managers to review staff probation periods
- Assisting line managers in all employee relations matters
- Analysing staff turnover, sickness and long term absence
- Travelling across the West Midlands to depots and providing on-site support to managers
- Liaising with other HR staff and HRBPs
- Assisting with TUPE projects
Ideally, you will have:
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards or equivalent)
- Proven experience of working as an HR Advisor/Officer
- Sound knowledge of employment law and legislative requirements
- Commercial and customer focused approach
- A full, clean driving licence
