Gleeson are currently working with a Birmingham based SME business in the jewellery quarter who are looking for either a Part time or Full time HR Advisor to join their team for a period of 12 months.

Working in a small HR team, as the HR Advisor your role will encompass the full employee life cycle, including recruitment and selection, ER case management and involvement in some project work. As the role encompasses some payroll responsibilities you will need to have previous experience of being able to run a simple monthly payroll.
Ideally level 5 CIPD Qualified, you will come from a generalist HR background, working in an SME blue collar environment, where you have been able to influence and act as a trusted HR Advisor to the business.
My client is looking for someone that immediately available for a period of 12 months.
