Are you an immediately available/ available at short notice experienced Interim HR Advisor, looking for your next busy 12 Month FTC? My client is looking for an Interim HR Advisor, to partner with Operations and provide full generalist support. £33-35k. Hybrid working with typically 2-3 days spent on site in Walsall, and the flexibility to work from home.
As Interim HR Advisor, £33-35k, you will work with Senior Managers, Team Leaders and employees, providing generalist support across the full spectrum of HR activities. You will support and guide Managers around employee relations - disciplinaries, absence, capability through to Recruitment, running and utilising HR data to drive decisions. The role will be varied and pacey, and suit individuals who enjoy this working environment.
Level 5 CIPD, or equivalent as an experienced Interim HR Advisor you will have worked closely with Operations Teams previously, and have a breadth of generalist experience.
