Due to workload my client is seeking 2 experienced Interim HR Advisor's up to £35k for a 12 month FTC. With flexibility around base location within the Midlands.
As interim HR Advisor you will manage the full employee relations life-cycle. This will include disciplinaries, grievances, absence, long-term sickness, maternity etc. You will provide advice and guidance around these areas, managing a high volume of cases at any one time.
As an experienced HR Advisor, you will have managed high volume ER cases , liaised with stakeholders and external providers, such as occupational health. You will be able to work autonomously.
