My client is going through a period of change and is looking for an Interim HR Administrator to support the Senior HR person, from a HR administrative perspective. The role is based on a Covid secure site in Birmingham. IT IS NOT REMOTE WORKING. Salary £24-28k. The contract will run for 15 months.
Working as part of a small HR team you will support a redundancy programme, through the consultation period, liaising and managing meetings/ diaries. You will calculate redundancy packages, manage the flow of employee queries to HR, either resolving or passing to other HR team members.
As an immediately available HR Administrator/ Assistant you will be organised, proactive in approach, and will have experience of either redundancies, or a site closure, and have calculated basic redundancy calculations.
Please note the role is based on site in Birmingham.
