GRG Executive Search have been appointed by a Midlands based market leader to find an Interim Head of Process Improvement to drive change across a variety of operational areas due to recent acquisitions.

As the Interim Head of Process Improvement you will report into the board and take ownership and resolve any operational shortcomings. You will review the business areas core approaches and processes by taking a lean approach to determine best practice and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review areas of improves across business operational units
  • Partner with key stake holders across the business to roll out change
  • Define the process roadmap and activities
  • Review business units to define gaps and inconsistencies and ensure they harmonize
  • Map changes and roll out the changes through active engagement
  • Create and train of operational working rhythm to complement process changes to create sustainability

Essential Experience:

  • Extensive project management experience (Lean /Six Sigma)
  • Hands on experience of delivering process improvement initiatives
  • In depth knowledge of creating and implementing new processes and dependencies, including process improvement cycles
  • Operational understanding and background
  • Ability to influence culture and change embedded thinking and approaches
  • Experience of managing change across a multi site organisation
