Due to maternity, an opportunity for an experienced Interim Head of Organisational Development has arisen to join this organisation, at an exciting time of change. The FTC is for 12 Months, and salary is up to £60k.
As the Interim Head of Organisational Development you will have an opportunity to develop and implement the OD strategy across the organisation. Overseeing a team, this will include taking ownership of the Employee Opinion Survey Results, developing the organisations values, Talent and Succession and implementing a robust Apprenticeship and Graduate programme.
Having operated with Exec/ Board previously you will have led on the implementation of an organisational development strategy, and have the drive, resilience and passion to ensure it is fully embedded across the organisation.
