My client, a specialist Care Provider, is seeking an immediately available Interim Head of Learning and Development for a 3-6 month contract, to start as soon as possible. Salary up to £49k.
Reporting into the People Director, as Interim Head of Learning and Development you will work closely with the Senior Management Team around the assessment and development of the learning strategy. You will manage a team of five specialist L&D professionals. As a function the team work closely with Educational Institutions to deliver specialist courses around Care.
As an experienced Interim Head of Learning and Development, you ideally will have worked with external Higher Education organisations, you will have developed L&D strategies and be adept at managing a highly skilled team.
