An opportunity has arisen for an Interim Head of HR, for a 12 month FTC, based in the Telford area. Salary up to £60k.
Reporting into an inspirational HR Director, you will be joining at a time when you will be instrumental in driving change across the HR Service provision to the organisation. Managing a team, you will lead in ensuring credible and consistent advice and guidance is provided. You will manage the review and implementation of policies and procedures. You will lead in building strong Union relations and develop Management Capability.
As Interim Head of HR, you will have managed a team previously, have extensive Employee Relations knowledge, including Unions. You will have a strong attention to detail, and be able to demonstrate the utilisation of technology to improve processes to support the organisation.
