I am looking to speak to D & I Specialists for a 3 - 6-month interim assignment for a national client of mine with a head office in the West Midlands.
In a Head of role, you will support the Group HR Director and the wider HR team to deliver, implement and drive the organisation's D & I strategy.
As the "voice of D & I", you will work with senior leaders across the business to execute the strategy, promote positive change and drive an inclusive environment for all employees.
You will be an experienced D & I Professional with experience of leading workshops, delivering training, embedding D & I into policies and processes and driving cultural change.
Client is open to FTC or Day rate, however you must be available to start at short notice.
