Reporting into the Head of Reward, this large corporate business FTSE250 in Warwick are currently seeking a Group Reward Analyst for a 9 month FTC to cover maternity leave. Salary up to £48k. Flexible working pattern with some remote working, but subject to government regulations and ongoing reviews, you will be required on site 2- 3 days per week.
As Interim Reward Analyst, you will be a strong communicator, responsible for salary bench-marking and support day to day analysis of survey data. You will have strong analytical skills, be good with numbers and have the ability and confidence to draft proposals for governance board meetings.
Available from June 2021, you will be an experienced Interim Reward Analyst, with experience of analysis across all areas as detailed above.
