Interim General Manager / Managing Director - Manufacturing - North Wales
My small,highly profitable specialist manufacturing and distribution client based in North Wales has an immediate requirement for an Interim General Manager / Managing Director to join there team on a part-time (2-3 days per week) basis for the next 6 months.
Reporting to the business owner you will be responsible for the day to day running of the business with particular focus and rigour around the manufacturing, distribution and sales sides of the organisation.
The successful candidate will be an autonomous team lead with the experience and gravitas to allow a hands off approach from the business owner, giving them the confidence that the business is running as efficiently as possible.
You will be required to be immediately available, have experience of running a small, technical specialist business that manufacturers and distributes through its own sales channels. Experience of managing through periods of transition and change is a must with a strong sense of empathy for the team within this transitional period.
The client will pay a competitive day rate on a LTD company basis to the successful candidate.
