Interim FP&A Analyst - West Midlands - £400/500 per day outside IR35 - 3/6 Months

I have an immediate requirement for a candidate to join a growing business to work within their FP&A function. Reporting to the Head of FP&A you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing all areas of management reporting, working with Finance and senior key stakeholders you will have responsibility for providing accurate and timely month end reporting and delivering insightful analysis of performance and variance while working to improve the team's processes, data quality, insight and ability to turn commercial decisions into action.

Responsibilities in brief:

• Monthly flash and UK performance reporting
• Communication of risks and opportunities (reporting commentary)
• KPI development
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Month end reporting
• Data management
• Scenario planning
• Analysis of sales pipeline
• Contract performance reporting
• Stakeholder management

Candidate requirements:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc..)
• Post qualification experience in FP&A
• Business partnering
• Operating within a change environment
• Ability to challenge and influence
