Following a period of change which has resulted in huge growth for my client we are seeking to recruit an interim financial controller to take responsibility for a team of 10 across 2 sites. The role will have oversight of the day to day financial operations and also be involved in the implementation of new processes and systems to support the new co.
Specifically the role will be responsible for the budget and forecast process, management accounts, statutory accounts and be point of contact for the auditors. Other responsibilities include the development of new processes and systems to support the growth and requirements from group.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant who has worked in a growth environment and has some experience of implementing new controls and processes. The ability to work with ambiguity and change is essential alongside strong communication and influencing skills.
