Interim Finance Transformation Lead - 6/12 Months - £550/650 per day outside IR35 - London/Remote

I have an immediate requirement for an Interim Finance Transformation Lead to join a PE backed business for an initial period or 6 months. The role will be to sit between the Programme Director and Finance Director to support all business transformation activity. The role will require 2 days per week in London with the rest working remotely.

Role in Brief:

  • Support the delivery of the Group Transformation Programme of work
  • Leading the implementation of the transformation process working closely with the senior finance team
  • Track and report on project spend across relevant programmes
  • Track and report benefit realisation
  • Provide challenge across project spend, milestone delivery and benefit realisation
  • Provide commercial support / challenge to partners and suppliers
  • Drive continual improvement and consistency to Finance processes.
  • Drive the direction and development of financial data, financial data structure and management information systems
  • Engage with IT and business teams with a strong focus on customer service and partnering
  • Responsible for overseeing integration activities related to finance data systems, financial reporting, and management information

Candidate requirements:

  • Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA or similar.
  • Understanding of best practice finance processes and system solutions.
  • Significant experience driving and delivering large finance Transformation programmes.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities utilizing project management skills.
  • Experience within sizeable multidisciplinary and matrix teams.
  • Experience with process improvement (Lean, TQM or other) process digitization, data management and systems implementations
  • Exceptional ability to analyse data and utilize it to make sound business decisions
