I'm currently recruiting for an Interim Systems Implementation specialist for one of our key global IT clients, who are soon to implement Navision. This role is key to their forth-coming system implementation, and require a hands-on, energetic, Qualified Accountant to drive them through this systems implementation, and then perform further finance and IT tasks for the business, beyond this implementation

Our client is a global business company, well-renowned in their field, and require a talented system implementation expert (ideally a Qualified Accountant who has worked though and been hands-on in a systems implementation role previously, preferable with the Navision knowledge.

The responsibility and skills would be as follows:

- Initial requirements would be to perform the Navision system implementation, and working closely with the wider Project Team and Systems Consultants to ensure the project is on track and working to the tight deadlines

- Total involvement and input in design, development, migration/integration, testing and providing training and ongoing support to the end users

- Become the superuser for Navision and support the on boarding of new end users

- Set up processes and accounting policies fit to the business purposes

- Manage the service agreement, to make sure the day to day operations are maintained

- Validate opening balances or acquisition accounting

- Other additional responsibilities will include: manage interim audit for multiple entities throughout EMEA from October

- Support the building and training of controlling team

- Write up technical papers in respect of estimate and judgemental areas according to accounting policies

Skills required for this Interim Systems Implementation role

- Be highly organised with a high attention to detail

- High collaboration with the project team, application teams, FP&A team, Finance team, commercial team etc
