My client, a rapidly growing, acquisitive sme with private equity backing requires a finance manager to integrate a new asset and ensure the integrity of the ongoing reporting.
Specifically this role will review existing processes and build a plan detailing future reporting requirements. Also required will be management accounts reporting, reviewing controls and implementing improvements. This role will also liaise with the external accountant and be the key poc for financial and KPI queries.
The successful candidate will be an experienced sme finance manager with a background in statutory accounts preparation, management reporting and process review. Also required are strong systems skills (ideally small company systems such as Sage and Xero) and good excel ability. This role would suit either a qualified accountant or a qualified by experience individual.
