My client, a leader in the media and communications industry is going through a period of transformation and as a result requires a finance specialist to learn and document the existing OTC process as part of a European systems migration.
This is an exciting time in this company's development and as such we require an individual who can work in a slightly chaotic environment with changing priorities.
This role will involve shadowing the existing team and focus on learning and documenting the entire OTC process:
- Responsible for full documentation of existing processes, process flow charts, and act as direct interface with activities in relation to the system migration and transformation project.
- Liaise with teams across Europe to identify, learn and map existing processes
- Communicate with internal stakeholders
- Participate in user acceptance testing for new system
The successful candidate must have significant AR experience, ideally gained within a European shared service environment or a European HQ. If you have some systems migration experience that would be beneficial as would some exposure to Navision. You will also be a good communicator, highly organised and have the ability to work in a high volume environment.
This role sits outside IR35 and, although required for an initial three months there is a strong possibility it will be extended beyond this period.
